Our user verification process may require users to submit documents like PAN cards and bank details for identity verification, especially before withdrawals. This verification is conducted directly by us or through authorized third-party service providers.

Employees of Gal and Uri, the parent company of Ludo Lomdree, are prohibited from participating in user contests on the platform.

b) Safety & Security :
